There are many of us that regret some of the things that we did. To begin this process, you first have to go about and apply to make this happen. Some of you might not be able to do this. There are a few things that you have to do and so forth in order to be able to qualify. For example, you have to be done with your probation. You have to have agreed to what the courts have ordered. They will also look into if you are in any other further trouble. Many of you wonder what if you weren’t on probation, can you still apply? Well, you can, but you have to go about and apply one year after your case was tried. You have to be mindful that there are some convictions that this can’t be done with.
